IberSim 2009, the first training and simulation event of the Iberian zone

Madrid, Spain, 1 October, 2009 - The IberSim Group is proud to announce IberSim 2009, the first training and simulation event of the Iberian zone. IberSim is a training and simulation networking event which is being held on 27th and 28th October 2009 in Madrid, Spain.

IberSim 2009 will include a conference with speakers, an exhibition as well as Training & Simulation Consortium:

• Conference with speakers
  The conference is free to attend and will include a wide range of themes and open discussions. The conference will include presentations from system integration companies specialised in training and simulation, technology companies and institutions such as ETSA, ITEC, Spanish Navy, French DGA simulation group and NATO MSG Group.
  
  
• Exhibition
  The exhibition will include the displays of the latest products and innovations from Amper Programas, Antycip Simulation, Chemring Defence, DiSTI, Indra, Nextel Engineering, projectiondesign and VT MÄK.
  

• Training & Simulation Consortium
  The IberSim training and simulation consortium aims to develop collaboration between Iberian training and simulation players, to share experience and to talk about projects and technologies available in the Iberian zone. The training and simulation consortium includes ALA2 Ingenieros, Amper Programas, Antycip Simulation, Chemring Defence, DiSTI, EADS-CASA, Empordef TI, ETSA, European Virtual Engineering, Indra, Isdefe, NATO MSG Group, Nextel Engineering, projectiondesign, Thales Espana, Tecnatom, Telvent, Spanish MOD, University of Valencia, University Rey Juan Carlos and VT MÄK.

IberSim's official media partner is MS&T and the event supported by the European Training and Simulation Association (ETSA). Journalists from TSJ, MTSN, Defensa.com and Fuerzas de Defensa y Seguridad will also participate at IberSim 2009.
